Jarrah Tangye (ジャラ・タンゲ Jara Tange) a main character in the Chocolatier series. He is Evangeline Baumeister's husband, Joseph Tangye's father, and Alex Fletcher's grandfather. In the first game, he is only a lover of Evangeline, but is separated by the squabbles within the Baumeister family.

Jarrah Tangye is located in Victoria Peak, in Hong Kong. He was once in love with Evangeline Baumeister, who is located in San Francisco, but Estaban Grimaldo got in the way of their relationship and separated them, but later in the game, the player reunites the two with their love of chocolate.
Chocolatier 2 : Secret Ingredients[]
In the second game, Jarrah relocated to Cayenne with his wife Evangeline. He resides at Maroni Farms, and he sells his Cayenne Cacao to the player.
